Each
sale item needs to have an envelope attached inside the front cover with the
following information on it:

Mark
all items in whole dollar amounts only.
If an item is felt not to be worth at least $1.00 combine

Items
in a set should be banded together using sturdy rubber bands or large, clear
plastic bags. It would be a good idea to list the number of items in the set on
you envelope.
Pick
up any unsold items at 8:30 p.m. To aid
in accounting for books at the end of the sell It is recommended that a list be made of
all the items brought. Any unclaimed
books will be disposed of in the most
convenient way for the committee.
Pick
up you money at any time during the sale but make sure to check back around 9
p.m. for any last minute
sales.
It
is acceptable to sell a friend’s item in your name but please note that you
will take full responsibility for them
including gathering any unsold items and the money situation would have to be
handled completely between
you and your friend.
