PDF vs. Web Page Version:

HEADLines is available in 2 formats, PDF & HTML (web page).  Each version will use the same password.  The web page version will also require a user ID which will be provided on the login screen.

The PDF version requires Adobe Acrobat Reader available free from www.Adobe.com.  This version will look the same on any computer, with any browser, and will print as it appears on the screen.  This version may take some time to download over a dial-up connection.

The HTML (web page) version is best viewed with Internet Explorer and will load quickly as a regular web page.  Because of the conversion, some text may be mis-aligned and printing may not be accurate, but this version is very useful for quick viewing.

Printing Web Page Version (from Internet Explorer):

1) In the menu immediately above the newsletter, change the viewing percentage from 100% to 90%.  See image below.

2) Select File > Print Preview.

3) In the pulldown menu towards the top of the Print Preview window change "As laid out on screen" to  "All frames individually".  The number of pages will change from 1 of 1 to 1 of 4.  See image below.

4) Use the page navigation arrow to find which page you want to print (usually page 3) and print only that page.  Select Print in the upper left corner of the Print Preview window.  See image below.
